01 - CAPABILITIES
Technology follows the requirements, constraints, and operational reality.
I examine where manual work breaks down, what must be validated, and how failures should be recovered. The result is a repeatable workflow with clear state, logging, retries, timeouts, and safe rerun behavior where the process requires it.
I define how external platforms, internal tools, and business data should communicate-through APIs and webhooks where available, or controlled browser automation where direct interfaces are insufficient. Synchronization, validation, and reconciliation are designed as part of the integration, not added later.
I shape service boundaries, data models, APIs, persistence, and reliability around the operating constraints of the product. That includes planning schema changes, failure behavior, observability, and how the system can evolve without compromising production data.
I work with stakeholders before development to clarify the business process, requirements, constraints, and risks. From there, I compare technical options, define the architecture and implementation plan, and stay involved through testing, documentation, and production readiness.
